I am raising a smartass.

Yesterday when I went to pick Scout up at preschool (to take her to swimming lessons) she had a little bruide on her forehead. I wasn’t all that concerned because she is always running her head into stuff. I just asked her if she “bumped her noggin?” She said yes but when I asked her how she didn’t know. Whatever.
So later in the afternoon I asked her if she remembered how she bumped her noggin…still nothing. I know she is 3 but if I ran my head into something I would remember. So because I just can’t let things go….I asked her again at bedtime.
She looked at me, sighed and said “Mom. How many times I tell you….I not know!”
smartass.
