Podiatrist

Posted on July 1st, 2008 in Penelope by Aardvark

Yesterday Miss P went to the podiatrist (you know…because she is 80). He x-rayed her crooked/overlapping toes and examined them extensively. He told us not to bother with taping them anymore. He said it is rarely effective at this age and ends up being frustrating for the parent because the toes are so little. After checking her out he concluded that he would see her again at 6 months old. The bones in her toes are still developing and he would like to see more development before he decides what course of action to take. Apparently baby bones are pretty bendy for a while.

Today’s appointment - 2nd appointment with the ENT about the Laryngomalacia. Thank god for good health insurance!
